Paris in autumn with the Tamron 70-180mm F/2.8 Di III VXD
Paris in mid-October, just as it’s starting to get cold. It had been a while since I’d been blessed with clear skies, so I took a walk to the Place de la Concorde at dusk with my Sony α7R III and Tamron 70-180mm F/2.8 Di III VXD telephoto lens. The Eiffel Tower seen from the Place de la Concorde at the golden hour, when the Tuileries Park is colored with beautiful autumn leaves and the sunset turns the world as far as the eye can see into gold, was a spectacular sight that delighted me from the bottom of my heart. Today, take a look at the charming “Paris in Autumn”, which I photographed at that time. Eiffel Tower and obelisk in golden hour Here’s a shot of the Eiffel Tower and Obelisk taken in the golden hour of dusk with the Tamron 70-180mm F/2.8 Di III VXD 180mm telephoto lens in front of the Lion statue behind the Concorde Ligne 1 metro station. The area from the Place de la Concorde to the Eiffel Tower has no high-rise buildings, so it’s a superb location with no unnecessary objects in the picture.
