To promote Japanese clothing in France and other European countries, we organized kimono photoshoots at the Restaurant de l’Opéra, the Galerie Vivienne, and the Café de Flore in Paris. Kimono photoshoot at the Restaurant L’Opéra This restaurant has a fairly modern interior and was designed by French architect Odile Decq. The contemporary and innovative design of the space makes extensive use of curves and a unique color palette dominated by white and red, but it also somehow matches the classic atmosphere of the Opéra Garnier, making it an attractive restaurant. Moreover, coincidentally, the colors used match the patterns of traditional Japanese clothing, creating a beautiful balance in the kimono portrait photography. This photo was taken with a Sigma 35mm Art prime lens from the second floor, with the model standing in the dining room on the first floor of the restaurant.
