パリ市内レストランサイト制作・構築 – Restaurant L’inconnu

Web Design for Italian Restaurant

Restaurant L’inconnu is an Italian restaurant opened in November 2015 near Le Bon Marche department store in the 7th arrondissement of Paris by Chef Koji Higaki, who served as sous chef at the 2-star Michelin French restaurant Passage 53 for 5.5 years. Chef Koji Higaki opened his own restaurant in Paris after training in Japanese, Italian, and French cuisine, and the delicate techniques and flavors unique to a Japanese chef distinguish it from other Italian restaurants in Paris. We were commissioned by Chef Koji Higaki to design and build a website, including site design, photography, coding, reservation system implementation, SNS integration, and SEO measures.

Simple, easy-to-understand design with a single page

By placing all information on a single page, visitors can naturally navigate from the top to the reservation section by scrolling down without getting lost. For the photography, we took photos of the food, the chef’s portrait, and the exterior & interior of the restaurant, and worked to convey the atmosphere of the restaurant and its cuisine through the abundant use of photos on the website. We also provided all the photos we took for the website, which was featured on local French TV stations, magazines, and various websites and blogs after its completion.

Japanese, English, French, and 3-language support, responsive design

The website is available in three languages (Japanese, English, and French) so that the hotel can respond to inquiries and reservations from local Parisians and Parisiennes as well as visitors from all over the world. The website was also designed to be responsive so that it can be used on a variety of devices.
